This is absolutely unacceptable. I have a satellite connection, I can't be downloading over and over again just to "Repair" my game.

Yeah, it's annoying Frown There's this thread on the DLC not being automatically uninstalled either - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/Sims-4-packs-and-uninstalling-on-macs/m-p/9166651#M34...

 

You could try trashing the ClientFullBuild0.package file from the relevant pack folder instead of the whole pack to force it to be redownloaded, this doesn't fix the issue if it is with another file though.
