I've downloaded sims 4 in origin but cant install (mac)

i bought the sims 4 on my macbook air from origin but i cant donwload origin, it wont let me, i have a 1.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i3 so i cant download it. i cant find any other way to download origin and play the sims. what do i do?

Why can't you download it? What is happening? Any error messages?
