I just downloaded

Hi, I just downloaded the sims 4 on my Mac version Sierra.Ive had the basic version for a few years now and so today I also purchased a new pack the seasons and downloaded it as well. Im now on a different computer and when I try to start the game, it does not work. It says that some datas missing. 

I don't know what to do, I am just downloading the legacy edition...

Please help.....
