I can't actually get in touch with a person for help lmao

Every time I open the game, I get past the play button to continue on my previous file, and then the game crashes just before I select a household. This has never happened before, and I have a bunch of storage left on my hard drive, so it's not that my computer can't handle it. This happened after the installation of the most recent update. Has anyone else been having issues/any suggestions on what else it could be? I've tried editing the graphics and running gameplay options, but that still didn't help.

@charlieswench Have you updated to the latest OS? Try deleting the Origin cache. Sometimes, it helps.
