I do not use mods, but use to use CC. I deleted it though.

@RieP322 Are you using the same Origin account that has the game in it? Try dismissing all filters in your game library.

You can also run the Origin reset tool for macs:

Then try repairing the game. If you have trouble launching TS4 afterwards, turn off Origin in-game as well—the option is under Application Settings.
