Please open Terminal and copy and paste the following command then hit Enter/Return:

find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null

After a little while it will return the results of the search. Please copy and paste the results in a post here.

Do you have iCloud Drive enabled and the Documents folder is stored in the cloud? If so, in the Finder sidebar have a look under iCloud > Documents

That is where the Documents folder was located before, so thats the first place I looked. I have the Documents folder it's self, just not the EA folder.

I put a screenshot of what my folder looks like. Right now, it only has a folder for Zoom since i saved some chat messages.

It looks like there is an issue with your iCloud Drive, maybe it's full? There is a ! in the icon in Finder. Have a look here for help with iCloud Drive and the game https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Saves-CC-Mods-or-Library-items-disappeared...

Hi again! I've looked over the list that you sent and did the same things, but the folder is still not there even after I've uninstalled the game and installed it again. My game still plays fine, it opens and I can play it normally but I just cant find the folder, anywhere.

@vanillasolos

Did you c/p it from my post or just manually copy it? Can you try again and if it doesn’t work please copy what you’re trying into a post here.
