Help Sims 4 Keep Crashing

I see a lot of old post about sims 4 and I’m not sure if I can relate to the posts but I have a macOS Monterey Mac Desktop 2021 and I have sims 4 for origin, I also use mods/CC and I thought that was the reason it was crashing so I removed them and was going to add them little by little until I found the one causing the problem but now it won’t even get pass the sims 4 loading screen, please help! I tried everything and I really don’t want to lose my progress or CC, thank you!

Forget the CC for now, you can't properly test an issue with third party content in the game.
