Help! Graphic glitches [ Edited ]

I just updated my game and these glitches keep happening. They’ve never happened before and I’ve already taken out my mods, cc and repaired the game. I have no idea what’s going on and I would love some help!

@OneSassyPig Have you tried adjusting the Graphics settings to a lower level to see if it addresses the issue? What Mac are you on now, and what is the GPU in it? What version of macOS are you on?

As well as answering @dzm06's questions, it's clear in your first screenshot that you have Mods/CC still installed. Have you moved the entire Sims 4 folder to the desktop and tested to see if this happens in a brand new vanilla game?

@OneSassyPig Also, can you try turning off the "Edge Smoothing" option in the game and let us know if that makes the glitched graphics go away?
