HUNDREDS of spotlights reflect off windows?

I have NO IDEA what changed between two days ago, and now (haven’t downloaded any new CC or made any changes to the game), but every time I play on a lot, there are hundreds of lights reflected off the windows. I thought at first it might be the lights, but it isn’t since it’s happening on every lot.

Help?
