HELP! ORIGIN WON'T LAUNCH

Hello, this has been happening for months now. I can not load origin. It just sows the background on my mac when it comes up. This problem has lead to my sims 4 not connecting and has deleted all of my households!! I am VERY UPSET. I have tried to reinstall it and download it again. I have downloaded a newer version of troubleshooting for adobe. I have taken out my mods. Nothing is working.
