Game won’t load

I tried to play the sims 4 and it won’t load, the little icon at the bottom jumps up in down but that’s about it, something it’ll load to the intro page but then it’ll stop and nothing will happen. I don’t have any cc or mods, I don’t know what to do

Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts and move your Sims 4 folder to your desktop. Now launch the game - does it load? If it does don't worry about none of your saves being available, they are safely stored in the folder you moved.
