Game stuck on loading screen Sims 4 MacBook

Hi!

Has anyone else had this problem? My game was working fine and then it suddenly won't launch. It's stuck on the loading screen (with the green plumbob). I was in contact with EA support and I've repaired the game and tried everything! I even re-installed the game but even that didn't work. I don't wan't to loose my families and I would like to keep playing.

I just want to point out that I don't use mods or cc.

I hope someone has a great idea how to solve this problem! I really need help!
