Hello. My game has begun to run slow after the update that came out before university. I’m playing in a MacBook, but prior to the update, my game ran pretty much flawlessly with the settings I had. Now there’s loads of screen tearing, lag that makes my game run about ten frames per second and general problems. Since the update, I haven’t installed any cc (I actually haven’t installed any for a long time before the update too) and I’ve already tried removing my cc, lowering my game settings, and turning on verticals sync. I know it’s not a problem with my computer as it ran great before and runs other games well, too. It’s really upsetting to me, as the sims is my absolute favorite game. Any advice?!?!
