S4 Mac Platform Update *Crashing*

No, you need to look in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves:

Thanks! Can you use Save As.. in-game on the laggy save and see if it increases the size of the save considerably?

@Bluebellflora, my safe file is 13 MB. As I mentioned earlier, my freezing issue has resolved itself after 2 things happened:
- I bought and installed Snowy Escape
- All my elders in the family have passed away (I had 3 when the freezing issue first appeared)

OK, my freezing is back now. Appears to be caused by the Winterfest and the issue with Father Winter who never showed up. I am playing generations so the original Clement Frost passed away a long time ago. I had a Winterfest again and now the game is back to freezing. Is there anything I can do? When the game clock freezes, my activity monitor shows that Sims is using 75GB of memory O.O

My previous save game files are way too old. Would love to have a solution to fix the current save.

@Bluebellflora, thanks! The patch linked in the comments worked!!! Had to install mods though but at least the game is playable again.
