Game pack issue

I downloaded the parenthood game pack last week and none of the create a sim or build mode items have shown up even though the games downloaded. I’ve cleared my cache and reset origin and that’s not done anything, I have no idea what else I can do to get these items, feel like I’ve wasted my money☹️

Right click the game in your Origin games library and select Repair Game. If that doesn't work force a re-download of the Parenthood pack - https://bluebellflora.com/2020/06/17/repairing-sims-4-packs-in-origin/
