Game not working

So before I start I should say my system is up to date, 

I've been trying all evening to open this game, nothing works, the cashe is cleared, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, 

nothing works I can't believe I actually paid money for this game for it to just not work. if anyone has any real suggestions to get this game to work.

Please I just want to play this damn game

Which game are you referring to? This forum covers Sims 3 and Sims 4 in macOS.
