Recently got origin to work on my computer, but every time I try to play my game either crashes or I get an error pop up.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't worked either. The game just continues to crash.
My mac is an OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. Can send a crash report if
needed.

@eeveeseeker This is a known issue with recent installs of The Sims 3 in mac OS. Please try the solution described here:
If you fix the connection error but run into an unknown error instead, please read Bluebellflora's guide to installing TS3 on a mac:
In particular, make sure you run the Super Patch instead of trying to patch through the launcher. Depending on which packs you're planning to install, you may need to apply additional workarounds as well. And if you have trouble with any of this, please do post back describing which steps aren't working for you. If you need help, it would also be useful to know the specs of your computer, as described in this post:
