Game isn’t saving

I’ve had pretty bad issues since downloading Origin. I’ve had to redownload it because it wasn’t saving any of my game and makes me start over every time. I redownloaded and now it’s doing it again. I get no options to resume my game. I’ve made 6 sims so far. Someone help.

@lorettamichele97  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Do you have your system set to sync with or move the contents of your Documents folder to cloud storage (OneDrive or iCloud)?  If so, please disable this function.

I have MacOS. I'm not sure if it is in sync with my iCloud nor do I know how to disable it.
