Game freezing after a few minutes

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.74.59.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except Eco Lifestyle For game packs installed - Spa Day, Parenthood, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out Stuff Packs All stuff packs except Spooky Stuff, Romantic Garden, Paranormal, Moschino, Luxury Party, Fitness
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Main Menu, selecting saved game. Loading sim house. Active play for about 5 min during a birthday party.
What happens when the bug occurs? The cursor freezes and spins in a circle. Unable to click anything. Have to force quit.
What do you expect to see? I expect for the game to continue without interruption when clicking an object.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@tanishasprngr Have you tried repairing your game through Origin? (Might take more than one repair, but it might be an easy fix.)
