Game disappeared from my Origin account

Hello!

So last year I created an Origin account and bought The Sims 4 Cats & Dogs on a Windows PC. I'm currently in another country using a MacBook Air and wanted to play the game again, so I downloaded the Origin app for Mac, logged into my account but there was no history of the game there -- it disappeared. 

Is the reason why the game disappeared from my account because I'm using another platform? I would like to play the game again since I bought it last year and didn't want to have to buy it again. Is there any way I could get it back or any explanation as to why it happened?

No, you will have the Windows and Mac versions available to you. Make sure you are logged into the same account and make sure there are no filters set in your Games Library so you can see all your purchases for both Mac and Windows.
