Game disabled in origin client can't fix and reload also can't purchase anything

I have the Sims 4 playing on MAC 10.14.3 from Origin I can't download any more packs the message states that my game has been disabled in Origin client and it's grayed out on green so I don't know what that's all about also I can't fix my game it's grayed out .. run and debugging can you please help. I'd like to order stranger things and this is causing a problem.

Could you please click on the Apple in the top menu bar > About This Mac > Storage and see how much disk space you have available?
