Game crashing during game play after ECO install

I bought the new ECO lifestyle pack started a new game it played fine I got a couple hours of play then it crashed in the middle of game play this happen at least 3 time at random intervals. Nothing seems to be triggering it. Each time the Sim was doing something different no warning the screen just turns black and crashed. Don't know if it's the patch cause it didn't happen when I played after the patch only ECO expansion.

Still don't know what caused it but the last patch seems to have fixed it.

Do you use any Mods/CC? If so move the Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file and then see if you can play without it crashing.
