Game crashing at loading screen after recent patch

Which language are you playing the game in? Svenska
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Most recent patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every expansion, dine out, spa day, parenthood and outdoor retreat. 10 stuff packs but I can't bother to writhe them all down.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go in to a save file, get to the map view then click on a household and get to the loading screen and after 10 seconds in the loading screen the game will crash.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes when entering loading screen to a household.
What do you expect to see? To get through the loading screen without the game crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch that I believecame out June 15th.

I had custom content before but I deleted it and the bug is still there.

Move the whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop

Launch the game so a new one is created then quit

Copy one of the saves from the Sims 4 > saves folder on your desktop to the newly created Sims 4 > saves folder

Launch the game and try to load the household

The bug is still there even though I just did all of that. 😭

Ok. Is a lastCrash file created in the Sims 4 folder when this happens? If so, can you copy and paste it in a post here please. Make sure it is the most recent by date and time.

I am trying to insert the last crash file but I just get a pop-up that says      "The attachment's lastcrash.txt content type (text/plain) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

Yes, that's because it has XML in the first line and can't be uploaded. Just copy and pasted the contents into a post here. Or take out the XML and upload.

Thanks It's still showing you have Mods in your game. Did you move them into the new Sims 4 folder that was generated? You need to try a completely clean game, no previous saves/mods/settings/tray, nothing. Please try the clean new game then if it crashes again, attach that lastCrash file.

I got help from my brother and he said the exact same thing, that I should try a totally clean game, no old saves, mods, nothing.  So I did that, and it still crashed. I also tried to delete all other saves to see if the other save files were interrupting and causing the bug/issue but it still didn't work. ): Any other idea how I can fix it?

Can you attach the lastCrash file from when it last crashed in a clean game? If you tried a clean folder with none of your saves and it still crashed there would be no point in trying your existing saves. The point of a clean Sims 4 folder is to try and isolate the problem, to see if the issue is with your user data or the game installation/machine.
