Game Stuck on opening

I have what I think is an odd dilemma. I have my Sims 4 loaded on 3 computers (so my granddaughters and I can play together, different accts of course) On my laptop (MacBook Pro 2019) I can play w/out any problems. The other 2 Imacs 27", with the same mods and cc's, won't load. They are stuck on the Load Game mode. All computers on same network and under my acct for testing. Otherwise for playing they have their own accts. Why is this and how can I fix? It started occurring after the last update. Thanks so much in advance!
