Gallery not showing up Digital Deluxe

My Gallery is not showing up. Neither are the packs i dont have at the starting menu. I have Sims 4 digital deluxe and not legacy edition.

I managed to fix it. All I had to do was update to OS X Catalina

Are you using a child or an adult account ?

Could you post your complete version number ? You should find it at the bottom of the starting menu.

The Gallery has shown up before, but now its not. Its not an underage account. How do I find the complete version number?

Im on a macbook pro, would it have to do with the version?

Could also be a connection problem so if you go to options, do you the option to go online ?

Could you maybe post a screenshot of your main menu ?

Those screenshots don't tell me what Mac you have. Please follow the instructions and provide all the info asked for in my previous post.
