GRAPHIC ISSUES/BUG?

So I have the sims 3 deluxe/seasons and university installed on my Mac. It has all worked perfectly fine until some time after installing seasons and university.
It's the graphics that mess up.
In the household their profile icons will be all disorientated and distort.
Build mode and buy mode most everything is invisible you can't see anything to click on. When it's supposed to go to the blue screen where it's loading or saving the colors are like a rosta color red green and yellow no blue at all. And recently when I try saving my games it crashes and says there's a bug. Not sure how to fix this. If anyone knows anything please help. I keep automatic updates for patches so idk what else to do.
