Frozen sims in gameplay after June 3rd update

I recently updated TS4 on my Mac and when I load up my saved games, my sims don’t move. I will give them an instruction to do something e.g. eat some food, and they won’t move but the hunger bar will increase. I have to keep resetting each sim and it doesn’t last for long as they go back to being frozen again. I have removed my CC folder, deleted and reinstalled my game, restarted my computer and my sims still don’t move at all.

Move the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and try a brand new clean game, how is it?

It is still doing the same thing, the only difference is that all my CCs are not showing in the options section in the game anymore despite them still being in the same Mods folder.

I also have the same problem.the Sims are frozen and are stuck on one task and I also can't change their size or body.
