Frozen on loading page pls help!!

Can someone please help me, I’ve just download both origin and the sims 4 but now that I’m opening the sims it’s just staying on the loading page!! I don’t know what to do!!!

Have you ever played it before on the machine you're using or is this the first time you're launching it? Please can you provide more information about your Mac.
