Eternal loading screens

Please help! My loading screens are taking forever. I did a factory reset and the problem didn’t really go away. It’s all of my save files. I have no cc or mods, any suggestions would be appreciated.

also I’m playing on a 2014 MacBook Pro

If it's your saves there's really not much you can do. Maybe move your saves out and just have one in the saves folder at a time? How big are they?
