Error 803 fix

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever I try to go to the pawspital, i get the error.

What do you expect to see? I expect it to successfully
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I moved from windows to mac, and copied over my world file. now i get the error on mac

I get error 803 when going to the bridlington pawspital

new problem... i tried to launch the game, and it said to download it. i don’t have enough space on my computer to redownload it

i still need help. i only got the game to load, but that is fixed, but i still get error 803

Do you get it only on that lot ?

I loaded the bridlington pawspital. i tried to go there and got the error. it appears to only be there, but since i already went there i can’t come back now.

Did you clean up some space on your drive ? How much do you have left ?

Did you never have cc/mods in your game at ll or just not on that save ?

i’m running the game from an external usb drive. i prob have around 30 gigs left. i have never had any mods.
