Downloaded Sims 4 University but the game won't load

My Mac can support Metal and I am using a standard version. I buy Discover University and Ting Living yesterday but they don't show in the game. I uninstall the game twice to make sure I have already removed the legacy edition but it still don't work. How can I do?

Remember that my computer can support and I am using standard version to play
