Downloaded Bundle- 2/3 Don't show up in game MAC

Hi guys! I just recently purchased a Sims 4 bundle with Origin. It included University Life, Magic Realm and Tiny Living. I downloaded everything as usual, (game updated yesterday), everything was marked completed and Ready to Play, and when it launched, only the Magic Game Pack appeared. I tried quitting Origin and restarting/reopening and neither of the other 2 show up.

I'm playing on an iMac 10.12.6

Are you running the Legacy Edition as your Mac does not support Metal? If so only ROM will work as all packs from Discover University onwards are not compatible with the Legacy Edition.

@Bluebellflora I do have the Legacy edition now. So only the Magic Realm out of the other 2 I purchased is compatible with the Legacy? Is there a disclaimer before purchasing!!?

Yes, only ROM is compatible. Under the System Requirements for Discover University and Tiny Living it clearly states that you need to be on a Metal compatible Mac. Sorry

Maybe you can try to contact customer support for a refund? https://help.ea.com
