Discover university want money back

I paid for discover university (the sims 4) and it doesn’t show up like the other ones I purchased so how to I get in contact with someone for my money back? It just brings me to FAQ and I actually want to speck to someone

Are you running the Legacy Edition of the game on a Mac that does not support Metal? If so, DU is not compatible. Refunds are not typically provided for packs but you could try contacting customer support - https://help.ea.com/ refunds cannot be given through these forums.
