Disappearing objects in menus

I have recently removed all my mods from my mods folder. 

Now, when I'm in build mode, many objects (but not all) from expansion, game and stuff packs have disappeared. Wallpapers and other items no longer appear in the menus. I spent a lot of money on all this stuff. I'm using a mac and Origin and everything is up to date.Please help.

@scottapreston Try deleting your localthumbcache.package file found in the Sims 4 documents folder. If that fails then you can also try the Repair Game option in Origin found by right clicking on the game icon.

Is this happening to specific packs only, or all of them do you think? Are they actually missing or are the thumbnails looking weird in the catalogue? Are all the relevant pack worlds showing in the world screen?
