Deleted mods folder

PLEASE HELP!!!

So some of my mods werent working so i decided to delete my sims4, electronic arts, and mods folder off my mac and then realised I couldnt get it back. I tried the repair option, redownloaded sims and origin and even reset my whole laptop but I CANT get those folders back, Ive tried everything. 

Does anyone have any suggestions that could help i would REALLY APPRECIATE IT!! TYSM <3

If you moved all the files and folders you mention to the Bin on your Mac. Then emptied the Bin, then wiped and reset your Mac to factory settings, no, you cannot get those back ever. Unless you have a backup?
