Custom content and saves not showing in Sims 4 game on Mac

Custom content and saves are not showing up in my Sims 4 game.  I am not sure if settings in Origin are correct or not.  I have checked in game and custom content is available but not loading.  Attachment shows where game files/modss are located on my Mac, not sure if I need to change it in Origin?

You have the Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder in a Documents folder on your Desktop. It needs to be directly in the Documents folder like this:

Macintosh HD > Users > ctboice > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
