Hi! Sims4 player here, on a mac.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)

Processor: 

2.2 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory:  16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: 

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

So, since my game updated, only 1/4 of my CC is showing up, and all my save files have disappeared.

I do have CC enabled in game, I've tried repairing, 50/50, redownloading, removing the whole folder and rebooting the game, and even creating another user account to try and run the game through that. I've tried absolutely everything I can think of to get the CC to show up, so I need to know what to do next.

Can you help me?

Have you properly unzipped all the CC? Have you checked with the creators that the CC is compatible with the current patch level of the game?
