Cursor freezes on CAS every time on TS4

Every time I click the hair, or any part of the body on my sim after like 3-5 minutes the cursor freezes forcing me to restart my laptop. Quite annoying because I just bought the latest Mac that came out three days ago and have been wanting to play sims for the longest!
