Cheats not working even with testing codes

I’m using the cheats in sims 4 on my Mac book when I type in the testing cheats codes none of them work it says unable to execute command and when I type in the cheats it says the same thing

Which cheats are you trying to use? Does Motherlode work? Is the cheat console showing up?
