Chats tab doesn't work [MAC]

Hello everyone
So, i own a mac and since day one, i can't use cheats on my games. Every time that i try the comands, i only get a screenshot of my game, does anyone know why?
I've been looking for an answer and had only founded about PC solutions and sadly its not the same thing.

Pressing the C key takes a screenshot, so what is happening could be related to the order in which you press the cheat keys. For Mac, you need to press Cmnd+Shift+C, the three of them at the same time. Could you try again, making sure to press Command and Shift keys, and you have them still pressed when you press on the C key?
