Cant find my saved games sims 4

Every time I open my Sims 4 game it makes me start all over with new people. My people I created are saved but not the house or anything I had them doing. I don't even have an option to load games. I don't know what I am doing wrong but its really frustrating to have to start over every time I open it. Is anyone else having a similar problem or know how to fix it?

@kelseymrivera  It sounds like your Sims 4 folder, along with the entire contents of your Documents folder, is being moved to cloud storage.  When the game can't find its folder, it generates a new one, with none of the content you've already saved.  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  I can move your post to the relevant Sims section for better help.

Moved you to the Mac Sims 4 forum. Check your iCloud settings and disable iCloud Drive to store your Documents folder in the cloud.
