Cannot Install Sims 3 On Mac OS X

 So I have attempted to install the sims 3 on my Mac OS X, I have read many articles on this, but the thing is I cannot find my registration code in my email. I only have my 16-letter CD key, and can not find a way to renew my registration code. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? Thank you.

Register the code/CD key in Origin and then download the digital version of the game, full instructions here. If you get a message saying the code has already been used it could be because you have previously registered the code under a different username on an EA site. You could contact EA to see if they can merge your accounts - https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
