Can't type capital letters on login screen [ Edited ]

I don’t know if this is the right thread but in game I’m unable to use capitals and so I can’t log in to use store items, anyone know a fix?

@Amy_Sims_Gamer  I've split your post into its own thread, since this isue is separate from the one in the other thread.

Where are you trying to login, and what happens when you try to type a capital?  Just so you know, there's no need to login within the game to use store stuff.  You can download the content from store.thesims3.com and install it through the launcher, and it will show up in-game.

@Amy_Sims_Gamer I noticed this issue in game CAS, I used the shift key instead and it worked for me, hope that helps

@Amy_Sims_Gamer Caps lock doesn't seem to work, but using the shift key does
