Can't place downloaded CC lots
I can't seem to place my downloaded lots in the latest patch. However, it only applies to certain lots. It worked just fine with other lots. I figure it is also worth telling that I have removed my Mods folder, so I don't really think this has anything to do with the Mods and CCs. And when I tried to place the lots on the World mode, the screen just got stuck on this. I hope someone can help me fix this.

Move the whole Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to the desktop and try to place the lots in a new, clean game.
