Can't log in to the online Sims 4 gallery

Every time I go to https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/ I get told to sign in to my EA account, but every time I click "sign in", it just reloads the page and I'm still being asked to log in. I've already tried creating a new account, using a different browser, but I always get the same results. It's basically a loop where I get told to sign in but I'm never allowed to. Please help! I can't download my favorite lots because of this issue.

(Note: I can't go online in-game so I can't use the Gallery from there.)

Yeah, I've never been able to log in either via a browser although I can access the gallery from the game.
