Updated my game today and now when I start game the screen goes black and I can't do anything (example adjust volume, display brightness), after about 10 minutes the main screen finally loads then takes forever to go into game. Still haven't been able to actually load a household. My game used to load super fast and I have no clue how to fix this. Please help.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Repaired game again, still doesn't work. What else can I do? Mac OS X El Capitan.

@maktheknife12That's awesome! Glad to hear you're Simming again.
Can you tell us what Mac (CPU, GPU, etc) you're on? That would really help identify if other users would benefit from upgrading too. And are you certain that you upgraded to Sierra (10.12) and not High Sierra (10.13)?

So it is no longer working again
The game was making everything else on my computer lag so I updated again to Sierra 10.12.6 and now the game won't load at all. Uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired. Not working. I have no clue what else to do.

Would be really helpful to have the information that @dzm06 has asked for. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612...
