Hi, I've been trying to download the sims 4 for free for about half an hour, it keeps telling me that I need more space but I have 82.7 GB free on my harddrive. Help Please.

Hi,
As I'm on Mac, not too sure how to save the system report as a txt file or save it at all.

Hi @niamh-hs
moving your post over to the mac forum as it was only slightly related to the thread anyways.
Mac helpers can assist you better.
Could you post your Mac's specs
To find the info about your Mac click on the Apple icon in the top left corner of your desktop then select About This Mac
Good Luck

Could you empty the trash on your Mac, restart it, then download and run the Origin reset tool

I've tried both things you suggested and it didn't work so currently deleting and re-downloading origin in hopes that it will work.
