Can't connect to Gallery?

Hi! So I've had this problem for a while and it's completely driving me up the wall and I'm out of options.

Every time I try to go to Community/Gallery I get a message saying something along the lines of,

"Needs an internet connection.

Do you want to connect or continue without an internet connection?

Try again. / Cancel."

So when I press Try again, it just says "Connecting..." for a while before a message saying "Couldn't connect. Do you want to try again?" pops up. And mind you, I'm connected to the internet during all of this and I've already ruled out any problems with my firewall or antivirus programs.

Is the fault on Origin's side or what? This is really taking the joy out of the game for me and making the experience more aggravating than entertaining.

I'm also using a Macbook if that's relevant.

Hi @donpixe,

Please make sure Origin is not in Offline mode.

Also, are you using any proxy or VPN on your Mac?

Hi, thanks for the reply! And no, I'm not using any proxies or VPNs. I always check that Origin is in Online mode before I start playing so that can be ruled out.

Is OS X Firewall enabled? If so, please try disabling it.

I've tried it both ways and still no change.
