Can't change platform from PC to Mac

Can't change platform from PC to Mac therefore can't play Sims avaliable for basic account. Any help?

Do you own the Sims 4? Or were you playing through Origin Access on the Windows machine?

I wanted to play through Origin Access on my Mac. There is a possibility its showing me get it for Mac and just throws me back to library.

Origin Access is not available for Mac. You have to buy the game outright. If you have already bought the game you will need to revert back to it through your Library and not Access - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/Origin-Access-is-not-available-for-Mac-How-to-buy-The...
