That's really on the low end of things, but I think it'll run the game on low.
If you're planning on getting the game through Origin, it might be worth bearing in mind the Great Game Guarantee exists. If you launch the game and performance is unacceptable, then you can return the game for a refund, no questions asked.
Be sure to check that your OS and chipset drivers are all up to date, too.
Thanks.

@stupidlier123 Hey, if you click the Apple icon in the top left, then click "About This Mac" you will be able to see the specs for your machine.
http://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT201581
You can then compare this to the minimum requirements for The Sims 4, which are below.
The "graphics" section on your Mac's About page will probably be the most important thing to check. If you're unsure, you can post the details from the overview here and we can check if your machine is up to the task. Please don't post the serial number though.

I'm not really good in these types of things... Will Sims 4 run on my Macbook Air?
May 2015
I would also like to know that! Did you get an answer or find out yet?
May 2015
@meganduif A bit late now, but the answer for you will be substantially the same as for the original poster: your Mac is rather on the low end of things, but that shouldn't stop you from giving it a try: with the Great Game Guarantee, if the game doesn't run well enough for your taste, you can just get it refunded.
@avfenia Could you share the specs of your computer or Mac?

Yes of course i can sorry about that!

@avfenia I'm essentially going to give you the same answer as I did to the poster above. Your computer is on the really low end for a couple of settings such as the video card (you just have an integrated chipset) and the amount of RAM, but could probably run the game on low settings.
I'd say give it a try and if doesn't work to your liking, get a refund.
